3.1. Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as specified in individual client agreements.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
3.3. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible.
4.1. Prices for our services and products are as listed on our website or as quoted directly to clients.
4.2. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.
4.3. For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure a booking.
5.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tyxvakyz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Style recommendations, guides, and other materials provided during styling sessions are for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

7.1. While we strive to provide accurate style advice and quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction with all recommendations.
7.2. Tyxvakyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7.3. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
