1. Product Returns
At Tyxvakyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy for physical products is as follows:
1.1 Physical Products
For physical products (such as style workbooks, color palette cards, etc.):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
1.2 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Digital downloads (such as the Capsule Wardrobe Planner) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you experience technical difficulties with your digital product, please contact us for assistance.
2. Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality styling services. If you are not satisfied with a service you received:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the service to discuss your concerns.
- We may offer to address specific concerns with a follow-up appointment, provide partial credit toward future services, or in certain circumstances, offer a partial refund.
- Full refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally only provided if the service could not be delivered as described due to circumstances within our control.
3. Gift Certificates
For gift certificates:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If the recipient is unable to use the gift certificate for any reason, we can offer to extend the validity period or transfer the value to a different service.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please note that certain circumstances may affect your ability to return products or receive refunds:
- Custom-created or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed as described are generally not eligible for refunds.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights that are not limited by our return policy.
